Please adhere to all steps below to ensure a timely review and approval of materials.
· All materials must be in a proofread editable Word document.
· Each material must have its own SMID. The SMID must be included on each document in the top right corner.
· When naming your file, the SMID must be included in your file name. (For SMID creation, see instructions below)
· The entire member experience is required to be provided. For example, if a social media post leads the consumer to a Permission to Contact form, both the social media post and Permission to Contact form must be submitted as separate material IDs for review.
Websites:
· The flow must be described. Screenshots of the entire website must be included on a Word document and all verbiage must be typed in the Word document. A link must be provided to the website/test site. All screenshots must match the website/test site.
Social Ads:
· Images/mock-ups should be provided for reference, and all verbiage must be typed into Word.
Video or TV ads:
· Must be submitted as a Word document that contains all on-screen and spoken content. A link or video file can be included as supporting documentation.
SMID Creation Instructions:
Organizations must use a standardized method of identification for oversight and tracking of materials received by beneficiaries, both marketing and communications.
A SMID for multi-plan marketing must consist of the following in all CAPS:
· MULTIPLAN
· Agency abbreviation
· Contract Year
· Abbreviated material description (Radio, TV, Web etc.)
· IFG
· “C” for communication materials or an uppercase “M” for marketing materials
